Destroyed during an early morning fire in 2019, The Red Bar of Grayton Beach re-opened its doors in July of 2020. The Grayton Beach hot spot offers food, drink, and music to keep patrons entertained and coming back day after day. Open for lunch and dinner, they offer delicious bites like seafood dishes, burgers, and baked eggplant to accompany their extensive bar selections including wine, liquor, and craft beers on tap. Groove to the sounds of live music from the Red Bar Jazz Band or a DJ with a playlist catering to music fans of all genres. Hours are 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. for lunch and 4:30-10 p.m. Entertainment varies by day, so check the schedule on their website. You’ll need a mask to get in the door and whenever you’re not at your table.
AJ’s has three other locations to enjoy, but you’ll want to check out the Grayton Beach location. It’s their newest location and is just off 30A and boasts a cool, coastal cabana with comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors. Spend some time inside at any of the three bars or turn your attention to the two stages for nightly live music. They play host to various tournaments and events, too. Balance their drinks like biminis, daiquiris, mojitos, margaritas, local craft beers, and more with seafood, burgers, and vegetarian offerings. You’ll definitely want to spend some time here – AJ’s Grayton Beach was voted one of 30A’s Hottest Spots for Live Music. Open 11 a.m. – 12 a.m. daily. The name Old Florida Fish House may not sound like a place to let loose and enjoy some 30A night life, but you’d be mistaken. The establishment offers great food and drink, with a rotating and seasonal menu that means no two visits will ever be the same. Sip on bottled beer or try a draft of some of Florida’s best. Try specialty cocktails like the Rosemary Beach Lemonade or Key West Martini. Entertainment includes live music, karaoke, open mic night comedy, and dueling pianos just to name a few. They’re open 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., with dinner served 4 p.m. – close. Please wear a mask to get in the door and whenever you’re not at your table.
The Hub is aptly named, as it’s a hub for entertainment along 30A. There’s always something going on, from family game night to bingo to their DJ dance party, holiday themed activities for Valentine’s Day and other holidays, or live music. A collection of restaurants and businesses lining beautiful outdoor spaces, as well as a lawn for events, and a stage for live performances, there are a number of hot spots to hit while wandering this open-air shopping and entertainment hub. Try Florida favorites, including locally sourced fresh foods and tropical drink specials at restaurants. Each business at The Hub keeps its own hours, but the shopping and entertainment district is open daily from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Please practice social distancing in public outdoor venues, and make sure to have your mask for entering shops and when you enter and move around inside restaurants.
